Are you looking to start a rewarding career in dentistry? Gooseberry Dental is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a trainee dental nurse to work on a full-time basis.  Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.15am to 4.30pm. 

As a trainee, you will work alongside our experienced dental professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while studying towards your dental nursing qualification. This role is perfect for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting dentists and hygienists during clinical procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining the surgery and instruments
  • Supporting patients throughout their visit
  • Maintaining high standards of infection control and cleanliness
  • Undertaking training and coursework towards your dental nurse qualification

About the Candidate

To be considered for this position, you will need the following:

  • A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and commitment to training
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • No previous dental experience required – full training provided
